Terms & Conditions
Updated August 19, 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern use of the graybord website and orders for TV boxes sold by Graybord Ltd., 200 Wellington Street West, Suite 400, Toronto, On Ca M5V 3C7, Business Number (BN) CA 836930503. By placing an order, the customer confirms that the order information and delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and that the customer is authorized to use the selected payment method.
2. Products and included subscription term
Each product page identifies a TV-box series, its one-time product price and a 12-month subscription term included with that purchase. The initial order does not state an automatic recurring renewal charge. Any later renewal, extension or additional subscription purchase requires separate customer authorization and is governed by the terms presented for that later transaction.
3. Prices, taxes and shipping
Product prices are displayed in dollars for the Canadian storefront. Standard shipping is $12.40 per order. Applicable taxes depend on the delivery details entered at checkout and are presented as part of the checkout total before the customer places the order. The customer can return to the cart and change quantities or remove products before payment.
4. Order process
An order begins when the customer adds a product to the cart and continues through checkout. Before placing the order, the customer can review selected products, quantities, product subtotal, shipping, applicable taxes, delivery information and the chosen payment method. An order is accepted when the merchant confirms the transaction and provides the applicable order confirmation.
5. Payment
The checkout presents card and PayPal payment options. Payment credentials should be handled through the selected secure payment service, while the merchant retains only the transaction and order information reasonably required for fulfilment, accounting, fraud prevention and customer support. Customers should not send card numbers or card security codes by email.
6. Delivery and availability
The storefront is intended for delivery in Canada. Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment authorization. Delivery timing can vary according to destination and carrier operations. If an ordered product cannot be fulfilled, the merchant may cancel the affected item and issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.
7. Returns and refunds
The Refunds & Returns page forms part of these terms and explains the 30-day return window for eligible physical products, required return condition, treatment of defective or incorrect items, and the refund process. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable Canadian or Québec law are not limited by a voluntary merchant return policy.
8. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate checkout information, maintain access to the email address used for order communications, use the products lawfully, and follow any setup, safety or use instructions supplied with the product. Customers must not attempt unauthorized access to the website, interfere with checkout operation or use payment methods without authorization.
9. Intellectual property
Website text, visual presentation, branding elements and interface design may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Use of the website or purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of those materials to the customer.
10. Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from use of the website or products remains subject to the rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms is intended to waive mandatory consumer protections that apply under Canadian or Québec law.
11. Force majeure
A party may be excused from delay or failure in performance to the extent caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, subject to applicable law. This may include carrier disruption, severe weather, infrastructure failure or other events that materially prevent timely fulfilment.
12. Changes, applicable law and contact
These terms may be updated when the website, product range, checkout process or applicable requirements change. The current version is the version published on this page. Questions concerning these terms may be directed to [email protected]. Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections govern according to the circumstances of the transaction and the parties involved.
